    Estarão os estimados Colegas cientes de que a FAPESP (SP, BR)
    acaba de lançar um mega-repositório de dados COVID,
    pedindo “feedback” rápido para se poder proceder a aperfeiçoamentos?
    (https://repositoriodatasharingfapesp.uspdigital.usp.br/ )
     

    Deseja-se ´”feedback” de investigadores COVID,
    e também de especialistas em dados e ciência de dados.
    O conjunto inicial de 75.000 pacientes e 1.5 milhão de registos
    deverão ser disponibilizados “open & free” a partir de 01-Julho.
    A partir daí, ocorrerão acréscimos periódicos e juntar-se-ão também imagens
    (tomografias e ficheiros/documentos associados) a partir de outubro (prov.).
    O grupo responsável pela investigação tem grande interesse em dados abertos.
    O conjunto piloto é de 300 pacientes.

     
    O pedido de “feedback” decorre até 24-junho

    Are the kind colleagues aware that FAPESP (BR)
    has just launched a mega-repository of COVID-19 data,
    asking for FAST FEEDBACK in order to make improvements?

    Feedback is wanted from COVID researchers,
    as well as data/data science experts.
    The initial set of 75,000 patients and 1.5 million registrations
    will be made available “open & free” from the 1st of July.
    Thereafter, periodic additions will occur and, starting in October (prov.),
    images (tomographies and analogues and their reports) will also be added.
    The research group shows high interest in open data.
    The pilot set presents 300 patients.

     
    The request for feedback runs until 24-June
    to the email covid19datasharing @ fapesp.br
