The preliminary deadline for Archiving 2019 abstract submissions has passed. However, the conference committee is continuing to accept submissions on a rolling basis.
About the IS&T Archiving Conference
Archiving provides a unique opportunity for imaging scientists and those working in the cultural heritage community (curators, archivists, librarians, etc.), as well as in government, industry, and academia, to engage and discuss the most pressing issues related to the digital preservation and stewardship of hardcopy, audio, and video.
Archiving2019 | 14-17 May 2019 | Lisbon, Portugal
Prospective authors are invited to submit abstracts describing original work in technical areas related to 2D, 3D, and AV materials on the following topics:
• Digitization – New developments in digitization technologies and workflows and more
• Preservation – Formats, specifications, and systems and more
• Archiving – Archival models and workflows
• Access – Dissemination and use of digitized materials and more
• Management & Partnerships – Policies, strategies, plans, and risk management and more
