***apologies for cross posting***
Would you like to get dedicated support for your data repository to
contribute to a culture change necessary to achieve wide adoption of
FAIR practices within the EOSC and beyond?
The FAIRsFAIR project started to work on practical solutions for the use
of the FAIR data principles throughout the research data life cycle.
Emphasis is on fostering FAIR data culture and the uptake of good
practices in making data FAIR. FAIRsFAIR will play a key role in the
development of standards for FAIR Certification of repositories and
their data holdings, contributing to policies and practices that will
turn the EOSC programme into a functioning infrastructure.

*Through this Open Call for Participation FAIRsFAIR seeks to support
data repositories with two different initiatives:*
1.*Support for data repositories towards achieving CoreTrustSeal
certification (www.coretrustseal.org )*:
a financial incentive as well as dedicated support for pre-submission to
the CoreTrustSeal certification process;
2.*Support for the “FAIRification” of your repositories *by discussing
and designing implementation features that enable and increase
repository interoperability. This will be achieved through building and
testing prototypes of an interoperability layer for data repositories,
and will ultimately improve the FAIRness of data in repositories that
enable FAIR data.
We welcome repository managers and representatives to apply to one, or
if applicable to both of the support initiatives below.* Registration
deadline is Friday, 30th of August 2019.*
