Dear chairs of the Engaging Researchers with Data IG,
I am following up with you on the below email I sent to you on the 25th April. Have you had a chance to look into it?
Data Versioning IG group is still keen to move breakouts, however it will depend on your decision.
If you could respond to us by the end of today, Thursday, 28th April with your decision, it will be much appreciated. We will proceed with the current arrangements (no change) if we do not get a reply from you.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Irina Hope

Subject: Request to move Plenary19 session breakout
This email was sent to you by someone outside the University.

Dear chairs of the Engaging Researchers with Data IG,
RDA Secretariat is currently working on finalising the Plenary 19 draft programme. We have received a request from Data Versioning IG group (which is currently in the breakout 4) to move to the breakout 5. The latter is fully booked; hence I am trying to find a way to accommodate the request.
It appears that your session 'Sharing Stories' does not have any conflicts in Breakout 4, and it was noted as one of the preferred breakouts in your original submission. Therefore, I would like to ask you if you could move from the current breakout 5 (05:00 - 06:30 UTC, Wednesday, 22 June) to the breakout 4 (23:30 - 01:00 UTC, Wednesday, 22 June), please?
No moves have been done yet, so this is a request only.
I would appreciate if you could get back to me by the end of today, Monday, 25th April (if possible) and let me know your thoughts on the above.
Thank you for your attention to my email and you reply in advance.
Kind regards,
Irina Hope
