As you know if you have registered, our hosts are arranging and paying for a special dinner on the 13th. You were asked to indicate attendance at this event during registration. Our hosts have also agreed to organize a self-pay dinner on the 12th, but they need to know by the end of this week how many are likely to attend. Please respond to me if you want to participate in the self-pay dinner on the 12th. Also, the dinner on the 13th is at a very nice, and fairly expensive, venue, so if you have changed your mind, also please let me know.
A final draft agenda is attached to this note. The main schedule change is the start time on the 12th, now at 13:00 instead of 12:00. Lunch is not provided, so be prepared!
Those Chairs who have agreed to give WG/IG updates – we have scheduled 20 minutes per update but as with the rest of the agenda we can play this by ear during the meeting.
