Hello,
I was wondering whether within any of the RDA initiatives there is any
guideline / document / or whatsoever on the data/resources life cycle? By
life cycle I mean the stages an piece of data (e.g. a
concept/class/instance in an ontology) could undergo such:
- under review,
- active (reviewed),
- obsolete (inactive?),
- ...
Any pointer would be highly appreciated.
cheers,

I'm not sure this is what you need, but from the point of view of the
activities the piece of data goes through (instead of its state) I'm
using that proposal from UK Data Archive
- Creating data
- Processing data
- Aanalysing data
- Preserving data
- Giving access to data
- Re-using data
