Dear All,
Thanks Paul for getting us started again.
In order to have a common workspace to develop and document the implementation of our dissemination plan I have created a google doc that can be accessed and edited by anyone who has the following link:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/10umU8mCl7nEbDYcrMEGvjy4SyiD1fW7WoHx9...
This is just an offer.
We do not need to use the google doc and if we start to use it we can move the content to another place any time.
I would like to add an sub-item item to agenda point 4:
There is a new interest group on privacy .
I believe that this group may also produce content concerning legal interoperability.
We should therefore consider how these two sources can be coordinated.
Regards,
Christoph

Hi Christoph. Thanks for the Google docs offer and the addition of the
agenda item. I think the coordination with the RDA privacy group (and
perhaps others) should definitely be discussed. As to the Google docs
mechanism, we should discuss that too, although I will no longer be
participating after tomorrow's call.
Cheers,
Paul

Notes will be in Google doc, but Christoph needs to share edit rights.
Actions Required
Create lists of stakeholder types: funders, research institutions/universities, university libraries and representative bodies, national science academies, learned societies/International Scientific Unions, publishers, data centres/repositories,
Populate lists with contacts: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1yZJls_npD4ojsEjwfnp12QUx2spzB7Md...
(I have some incomplete lists from the Force11 activity - I wonder if Paul has more up to date versions?)
Draft invitation request letter
E.g. similar to https://docs.google.com/document/d/1or3PwwokK0Op0IwoxGlG9zoQqv0WiMCnTuzb...
Best wishes,
Simon.
