I'm delighted to inform you that Marek Suchánek is the new chair of the DMP Common Standards WG.
Marek Suchánek is part of the DS Wizard team and has been actively contributing to the activities of this group. He has experience of working with ontologies, especially with the serialization of the DMP Common Standard.
I would also like to thank Paul Walk who is stepping down from being the chair. He has enormous contributions to the definition of the recommendation by bringing his great expertise in developing standards and application profiles. Thank you! It was a pleasure working with you!
Taking the opportunity, I would like to bring your attention to the special issue of the CODATA Data Science Journal that deals with Data Management Planning across Disciplines and Infrastructures. The deadline for submission is 15 November.
