As Program Chair of the 11th International Conference on Semantic Web
Applications and Tools for Health Care and Life Sciences,
3-6th December 2018, Antwerp, Belgium I am happy to share with you our CFP
for the event.

This year we will have a track in Agrisemantics. In addition to the regular
and emerging topics we are interested in:
– Knowledge representation in life sciences, medicine and healthcare and
agriculture.
– Application and impact of data standards applied in clinical practice,
public health and agribusiness
– Ethical issues, privacy and data governance in healthcare, agri, and
medical data in Semantic Web.
– Future directions for Semantic Web technologies in the life sciences and
interdisciplinary fields. including water science, agro science, and
veterinary science, drug repositioning.
We are also interested in hearing from persons who would like to be on the
PC to review papers specific to agrisemantics. Feel free to share this with
your colleagues.

A couple of recent things to mention about SWAT4HCLS also
1) GODAN is now one of our sponsors
2) We have an Agric Keyone from Medha Devare

3) We plan to have Agrisemantic specific panel discussion
sessions and tutorials selected by GODAN.
4) We are open for paper submissions. The target date
for short abstracts is by the end of the week. Hope you can
share this with your colleagues and submit an abstract
and a subsequent paper in September.
