Community comments added to the Charter page as you have linked below until 27 Jan will be taken into consideration during the TAB review.
Should you wish to propose a session at the P11 meeting in Berlin (and if you have not already done so), note the submission deadline is tomorrow 28 Dec at 1700 UTC.
