Beyond FAIR: from principles to practice to global join up - Register for IDCC18 in Barcelona - early bird closes 27 January
19 - 22 February 2018, Barcelona www.dcc.ac.uk/events/idcc18
With only a week left until the early bird registration closes, now is the time to sign up to attend this year’s IDCC conference!
This year's focus is sharing practical lessons on the efforts made so far to curate data and pursue a digital data commons. The full programme is available at www.dcc.ac.uk/events/idcc18/programme and shows an exciting line-up with three great keynotes, a raft of posters on data service development, demos and bird-of-a-feather sessions. The conference will provide a diverse range of parallel papers covering ethics, measuring FAIR, data reuse studies, national services and DMPs.
- Professor Sabina Leonelli, University of Exeter
- Luis Martínez-Uribe, Fundación Juan March
- Nancy McGovern, Director of Digital Preservation at MIT Libraries
The conference programme is supplemented by a rich programme of workshops, which can be booked independently. Further information about the conference and workshops can be found at www.dcc.ac.uk/events/idcc18/workshops.
