In December 2017, the RDA Council Nominations Committee issued a call for nominations for three open Council positions. In response to this call, several RDA members were nominated for consideration by the RDA community. The Research Data Alliance (RDA) launched in 2013, and the Outputs of the RDA community are driving changes all over the data landscape. However, there is much more that can be done to support greater impact from RDA Outputs (by which we mean both Recommendations, produced by RDA Working Groups, and Supporting Outputs, produced by RDA Working or Interest Groups).
The RDA 11th Plenary will be held in Berlin, 21 to 23 March 2018, gathering leading data scientists and practitioners, policy makers and private sector representatives.
